Adela Dashian joined Jefferies in 2022 to cover Small & Mid-Cap stocks in the Nordic region. With nearly a decade of experience as a sell-side analyst in the US and Europe, she brings a wealth of expertise across several sectors. Adela is a member of the Jefferies European midcap team, working closely with David Kerstens (Benelux), and Martin Comtesse, Constantin Hesse, Henrik Paganetty, and Fabian Piasta (DACH).
This year, we hosted our fifth Pan-European Mid-Cap Conference in London (19-21 March) where we had over 60 DACH midcap names and a total of over 150 corporates participating in-person.
What We Are Known For
- Uncovering the under-covered: Over the last 5 years we have built one of the broadest Mid-Cap franchises where we provide deep-dive company reports providing differentiated analysis on ‘under-covered’ mid-cap names, across Continental Europe. We always focus on timely and actionable conviction ideas, with clearly articulated investment cases to capture alpha in one the broadest mid-cap coverages on the street.
- Local to global: We leverage the global Jefferies platform and work closely with colleagues around the world that offer us unique insights into the relevant sector expertise. We think that this unique combination of a local Research hub on the ground and global expertise sets us apart from most competitors. The result are regular pan-sector idea pieces paired with thematic research on structural long-term trends.
- Expert events and investor access: Strong relationships with corporate management, providing quick and reliable investor access is of the essence in SMID. We’ve been quick to provide access to unique insights with experts and field trips such as Intersolar and our Hydrogen call series, with a primary focus on providing additional value on key themes in clean tech. We also hope that we’ve been helpful in providing differentiated access to management through events like our Pan-European Mid-Cap Conference in London as well as ad-hoc management calls whenever major company-specific events occurred (eg CTS, Do&Co).
